Legislature still working; no action on gay marriage

The State Legislature was back at the Capitol today as lawmakers remained stuck over passing a property-tax cap, SUNY tuition increases and mandate relief for local governments. When that's all done - and there's no guarantee that would completed today -- Senate Republicans say they'll discuss whether to vote to legalize same-sex marriage, hopefully today....
