Appeals Court to Hear Prop 8 Arguments on December 6th

The Federal Appeals Court today announced that oral arguments for the appeal of Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage in California, will be heard at 10 a.m. on December 6th. Prop 8 Goes to Federal Court on Thursday

Formerly lawyers who fought against each other in the Bush vs. Gore case, Ted Olson and David Boies have joined together to fight Prop 8.
