Iowa Supreme Court Justice David Wiggins -- one of the judges who signed onto the court's unanimous 2009 decision to strike down a gay marriage ban -- is up for retention. Three of his colleagues from the 2009 case were ousted by voters in 2010 and some are pushing for the same for Wiggins.
