Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-California) will announce plans to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) at a National Press Club Newsmakers news conference, 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2011 in the National Press Building, 529 14th St., NW, Washington, D.C. She will be joined by the Courage Campaign Founder and Chair Rick Jacobs and three same-sex married couples. The Courage Campaign is an online organizing network for progressive change and full equality in California and across the country.
