This was a busy week for Prop 8 proponents -- about two dozen pro-discrimination briefs were filed on Friday with the usual "defend tradition" and "gays can't have children" business. It'll take a while for LGBT groups to sift through them, so information about those anti-gay briefs will probably sift out in the days ahead.

In the meantime, though, the American Foundation for Equal Rights got a nice boost from conservatives. Yes, conservatives! A Wall Street fundraiser garnered over a million bucks for AFER, which they'll need considering last week's onslaught.
