Of course, the big news this week was Argentina: they legalized marriage for gay couples, hooray! Some very smart people are talking about tipping points again, although we heard that back in 2009 before marriage was banned in Maine.

Still not a peep out of Judge Walker regarding Perry v. Schwarzenegger. But check out this panel convened by some lawyers in San Francisco last week -- according to the experts, there's a lot of reasons for optimism, all the way up to the Supreme Court.
