Both EQCA and ACLU held out for as long as they could--refusing to cooperate with the Prop 8 folks. But this past week the judge got tired of the dilly dally and put his foot down. We're tired of the games too--wanna see this thing over with so we can find out if the case is will be going to the Supreme Court.
